BF has asked several artists/publishers about SDCC 2010, what Comic-Con means to them and what they are looking forward to this year.
Comic-Con International is the World Cup, the Super Bowl, the Academy Awards, and the wildest keg party you've attended all rolled into one week.
Every year, Top Cow tries to out shine our previous efforts and 2010, in many ways will be our most important San Diego to date. We'll be debuting three convention exclusive comic variants including the first opportunity for fans to pick up Artifacts #1, by Ron Marz and Michael Broussard, with a wraparound exclusive cover by Michael. We'll also be trying out two convention exclusive hard covers, each limited to 250 copies, for Berserker Volume 1 and Cyberforce/Hunter-Killer Volume 1.
The entire creative teams for both hard covers including Milo Ventimiglia, Mark Waid, Kenneth Rocafort, Rick Loverd, and Jeremy Haun will be there for signings to make these books really special.
We'll have a number of special guests at our Top Cow: We Create... Multimedia panel on Saturday at 1:30pm in Room 9.
We've redesigned our booth and once again will be sharing our space with one of our favorite licensing partners, Iron Fist Clothing.
Plus we'll have a couple of unannounced, surprise new items for sale, which should really catch some folks by surprise. I can't wait!
