None of the characters were likable, the story was insipid and I'm damn sick of US stories treading UK culture - or any culture - as sub par. Are Americans REALLY that arrogant that they thing their culture is the only one that matters? Everything about the script was offensive and disgusting. The only redeeming factor about this comic was the art. Stupid, witless and offensive. I hope Image publisher no more of this rubbish.

Aug 23, 2010 at 9:49pmI agree with what the writer says, apart from the two big SDCC trailers everything I saw made the film look like a bad teen romcom. A bloody shame. However, I remain hopeful and predict that Pilgrim will do a Donnie Darko - word of mouth will get out and it'll be rediscovered on DVD. It deserves it too, it's an absolutally amazing film!
