In life, it’s expected that not everything will go as planned, but for the star of the Viper Comics graphic novel A Bit Haywire, having things get out of control means living out an adventure filled with action, humor, and meaningful messages that readers of any age can relate to and enjoy.
Created by artist Courtney Huddleston (Decoy and Li’l Red Stitch) and writer Scott Zirkel, A Bit Haywire centers on Owen Bryce, a normal good-natured 10 year-old boy who likes robots and thinks all girls have cooties. But when Owen discovers he has superpowers, the would-be hero will find out just how abnormal he really is as everything goes a bit haywire.
“We have been eager to release this book since the first day it was pitched to us,” states Viper Comics President Jessie Garza. “The story is as solid as they come and the artwork is just the perfect accompaniment. It’s the kind of book that both kids and adults will enjoy because there really is a little bit of something for everyone.”
A Bit Haywire will ship to stores in mid December, but an exclusive 12-page preview of the book is now available by visiting: http://www.abithaywire.com/preview.php?page=1
