Bendis Guest of Honor at Wizard World Philadelphia

Wizard World, the country’s foremost touring event for pop culture and comic books, is coming back to Philadelphia on June 15-17 taking place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The three-day family-friendly event will explore the worlds of comics, cards, toys, anime, manga, gaming, and more, as well as some of the biggest stars in comics, film and television.
Brian Michael Bendis is the guest of honor, the award winning genius behind Marvel Comics Ultimate Universe will be on hand for Q&A sessions as well as signing autographs. Special guests include Marvel Editor-In-Chief Joe Quesada, System of a Down drummer John Dolmayan and The Suicide Girls with more being added everyday.
The line up for Wizard World includes panel discussions about the major happenings in the Marvel Universe (World War Hulk) as well as DC (Countdown) and instructional courses in light saber techniques by The New York Jedi, among many others.
Additional guest appearances will be made by actor Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk); actress Noel Neill (Lois Lane, The Adventures of Superman); and others.
“We love coming to Philadelphia, this incredible city has some of the most knowledgeable and loyal fans in the entire country,” said Rob Felton, Vice President and Associate Publisher at Wizard. “It is great to provide a forum where fans have a chance to get up-close and personal with their favorite writers, creators, artist and publishers. We have so much to offer and there’s something to do for everybody.”
