Johnny Storm himself, Chris Evans, has agreed to play Steve Rogers/Captain America in Marvel Studios’ The First Avenger: Captain America, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The film, directed by Joe Johnston, is scheduled for release on July 22, 2011.
The multi-picture offer includes an option for as many as two Captain America sequels as well as Avengers ensemble films and other Marvel movies.
In addition to playing the Human Torch in Fantastic Four and its sequel, Rise of the Silver Surfer, Evans has also starred in films such as Not Another Teen Movie, Cellular, Sunshine and Push.

Good pick I think though it will indeed take a bit of getting used to because Evans nailed Johnny Storm perfectly in the movies!
