Tony Daniel, renowned artist of The Tenth, X-Force, and Spawn: Humankind, has signed a 2-year exclusive agreement with DC Comics. Daniel’s recent credits include TEEN TITANS and SUPERMAN #220.
“This means so much to me,” says Daniel. “There’s no other place I’d rather be, and I intend to give DC my sincerest effort. I’m very grateful to (Group Editor) Eddie Berganza and (VP — Executive Editor, DCU) Dan DiDio for believing in my abilities. My enthusiasm can’t be told — I’ll have to show it.”
“It’s awesome to be working with Tony,” says Group Editor Eddie Berganza. “His work is extremely dynamic and leaps off the page. But don’t take my word for it. Check out SUPERMAN #220 and TEEN TITANS #26. There’s power to his pencils, and he doesn't skimp on the emotional storytelling, either. He’s a great addition to the DC team!”
Daniel’s recent work for DC is available as follows:
• TEEN TITANS #26 (MAY050253) is available for reorder.
• SUPERMAN #220 (JUN050345) is available for advance reorder and is scheduled to arrive in stores on August 3.
