Devil's Due Publishing, in publishing a wide variety of comic books---from licensed to creator-owned properties to the newly revived Chaos! Comics---has never called for submissions…until now. In 2006 DDP will expand its diverse publishing schedule to include a new crop of creators never before seen under the DDP banner.

Associate Publisher and Satellite Studio Liaison, Marshall Dillon said, "We've always published a full gamut of material, and we'd like to build upon that diversity. While our internal focus will be on licensed properties, we want to continue to release a wide range of original concepts."

There is no standard "DDP Deal," as each project is worked out on a case-by-case basis with creators. DDP is seeking established talent, but that doesn't mean a newcomer with an amazing project will be turned down. The rules of submissions (which must be adhered to) are as follows:

**Concepts must be COMPLETE comic book projects containing art and story. No separate writing or art submissions for original concepts will be accepted.

**Each submission must include a brief, one or two paragraph synopsis of the series. This must explain "the hook"—the main concept of your book that makes it stand out above all others. Complete scripts with no synopsis will not be reviewed.

**Portfolio reviews for original concepts will not be formally reviewed at this year's summer conventions, but rather we request they be mailed. Please, PHOTOCOPIES only.

**Studios and individual creators are equally welcome.

**While the DDP logo must be on the cover of each title, DDP encourages branding of partner studios.

**Mail submissions to: Devil's Due Publishing, Creator Owned Pitches, 4619 N. Ravenswood Ave. #204, Chicago, IL 60640. (NO email submissions.)
