DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF ELECTRIC SHEEP? #1 has seen pre-release acclaim from critics across the globe:

"...impressively, it works... it's a great job." -- io9.com

"Best bet" -- MTV Splash Page

"...what a wonderful idea and fantastic way to introduce the work of Philip K. Dick to new readers... a great package, ideal for newcomers and fans alike." -- Comic Book Resources

"...it works incredibly well ...." -- Fanboy Planet

"...it's going to be a treat. 4 out of 5. Check this out, especially if you're a fan of the novel, the movie, or Philip K. Dick." -- Comicvine.com

The first printing of issue #1 is written by Philp K. Dick with interior art by Tony Parker, colors by Blond, and includes backmatter by Warren Ellis and ships with three covers in a 50/25/25 split by Denis Calero, Bill Sienkiewicz and Scott Keating. A fourth cover by Moritat was offered as a 1 in 25 incentive.

DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF ELECTRIC SHEEP? takes place in a world where San Francisco lies under a cloud of radioactive dust. The World War has killed millions, driving entire species to extinction and sending mankind off-planet. Those who remained coveted any living creature, and for people who couldn't afford one, companies built incredibly realistic fakes: horses, birds, cats, sheep... even humans. Rick Deckard is an officially sanctioned bounty hunter tasked to find six rogue androids -- they're machines, that not only look, sound, and think like humans, but are clever, and most of all, as dangerous as any human.

The original novel DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF ELECTRIC SHEEP? was recently picked as one of "49 Books To Read" by Newsweek Magazine.
