Vote Dynamite For 2010 Gem Awards
Dynamite Entertainment had an amazing 2010 and we wanted to thank our many fans for making this possible.
Of the non-premiere comic book publishers, Dynamite placed 19 of the top 20 comic books in 2010. And of the top 200, we placed 89!
The Green Hornet from Dynamite Entertainment and fan-favorite filmmaker Kevin Smith had the best-selling Non-Premiere Comic Book in 2010 with Kevin Smith's Green Hornet #1, and also issues #2 through 5 placed in the top ten! In addition, Grendel creator Matt Wagner put his own spin on Green Hornet's early days for Dynamite, and Green Hornet: Year One #1 ranked #9 for the year.
Including the seven Green Hornet books, Dynamite Entertainment took nine of the top ten spots on the Non-Premier Comic Book Sales Chart for 2010. Also placing in the top ten for the publisher were Warlord of Mars #1, based on Edgar Rice Burroughs' classic pulp adventure placed #2 on the chart; and Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson's The Boys #38 ranked #10.
Diamond Comic Distributors has sold over 32,000 copies of Vampirella #1. The first issue has now sold out of all versions except the Tim Sale cover reorder version.
Dynamite has garnered many nominations for the 2010 Gem Awards. Thanks to your support 2010 was a banner year for our company. We want to encourage everyone to VOTE DYNAMITE!
