Dynamite Entertainment announced today another special surprise for Red Sonja Fans (last week having just released a sneak peek of the upcoming Jim Lee cover for the regular Sonja series) – a sneak peek of the upcoming Frank Cho cover!

“We’ve been after Frank from the start,” commented Dynamite Spokesperson J. Allen. “I mean, what kind of comic publishers would we be if we had a sexy lead like Sonja, and didn’t have a Cho cover?  But persistence has won out, and Frank has delivered the goods even beyond our wildest expectations!  And all we can say to Frank is, thank you for doing such a great job.  Frank not only did a cover, but he went all out by creating a wraparound cover.  Sonja is Sweeeeeeettt!!!!!!!!!!  We’re showing fans the black and white, and will give a peak to the full color rendered by award winning colorist Richard Isanove as soon as it’s ready (and we wouldn’t want to rush another master such as Richard!).  We wanted to whet the fans appetite for our upcoming covers featuring Frank Cho with more to come (but we can’t say just yet, as we want to focus on Cho! Ho!).

Dynamite is working to get Red Sonja back on time, and with issue #5 scheduled to be in stores on February 1st!  Fans are asked to reserve their copies from their local retailers.  Retailer, double check your orders for Red Sonja #10, with final orders due this week!  This baby leads the count down to the big anniversary issue with a wild and “dynamite”  cover by Jim Lee!

All this, and in time for Red Sonja Vs. Thulsa Doom #1 and Red Sonja Goes East, due in stores Wednesday January 25th!”
