Readers just can’t seem to get enough of the wildly popular LIONS, TIGERS AND BEARS books. With the first miniseries selling out of every consecutive issue and the first printing of LIONS, TIGERS AND BEARS, VOL. I TP selling out as well, it only made sense for Image Comics to release a second printing of the book.
Follow Joey Price on the adventure of a lifetime through the Stuffed Animal Kingdom is this epic all-ages odyssey! When Joey’s worst fears, The Beasties, come crawling out of his closet in the middle of the night, he finds out his new stuffed animals, The Night Pride, are more real and more needed than he ever could have imagined.
"I’m extremely happy we were finally able to get this story back in print. The demand for it far outweighs the available supply of books we’ve been able to put out so far," stated series creator and writer Mike Bullock. "We never dreamed the book would catch on like it has, and we’re overjoyed with the response we’ve see from parents, teachers, librarians and others of just about every walk of life. The only downside has been that there just aren’t enough books to meet the demand. Hopefully, this new edition will cure that."
The new printing will feature everything that made the first printing such a hit, as well as extra content including an introduction from series editor Ron Marz, new pinups and an added back up story.
With the news of a feature film in development, as well as the continuation of LIONS, TIGERS AND BEARS Volume II from Bullock and new series artist Paul “Gutz” Gutierrez, this book is the perfect place for those who’ve never experienced the Stuffed Animal Kingdom to find out what the excitement is all about. A third volume is on the horizon, so now is the perfect chance to get in on the ground floor.
Consumers and retailers can order the new printing of LIONS, TIGERS AND BEARS, VOL. I TP from the July Previews Magazine in the Image section on page #139.
