Neil Googe, illustrator of the WildStorm series MAJESTIC, has signed an exclusive contract with DC Comics. 

“I’ve really enjoyed working with the guys at WildStorm, and the company on a whole has been really understanding and good to me in my first year back in comics,” says Googe.  “I’m also hoping I’ll get the chance to sink my teeth into a few of the supporting characters of the DCU — guys like Robin, Booster Gold... there are a few others I’ll be tapping various editors about…and maybe I’ll even try a little writing again.  All in all it should be a highly enjoyable time.”

“Neil’s work is full of energy and excitement, and he’s only just started to reach his true potential as an artist,” says WildStorm Executive Editor Scott Dunbier.  “I look forward to seeing him continue to grow.”

Upcoming issues of MAJESTIC are available as follows:

• MAJESTIC #13 (NOV050311) will arrive in stores on January 25 and is available for reorder.

• MAJESTIC #14 (DEC050321) is available for advance reorder and will arrive in stores on February 8

• MAJESTIC #15 (JAN060358) is solicited in the January Previews (Volume XVI #1) and is scheduled to arrive in stores on March 15.

• MAJESTIC #16 (FEB060325) is solicited in the February Previews (Volume XVI #2) and is scheduled to arrive in stores on April 12

In addition, the MAJESTIC: WHILE YOU WERE OUT TP (OCT050301), collecting the first seven issues of the series, is available for reorder.
MAJESTIC #8-12 will be collected in the second the MAJESTIC VOL. 2 TP, which will be advance solicited in the March Previews (Volume XVI #3) to arrive in stores in June.
