A big thank you to those that entered the Hack/Slash vs Halloween Man art contest. The entries are up now at http://halloweenman.com/site/index.php?option=com_easygallery&act=categories&cid=54&Itemid=27.
First prize of a page of David Baldeón's original art goes to April Guadiana, with this tribute to the Army of Darkness poster:
Second prize of a Halloween Man t-shirt goes to Brigitte Sutherland for her tribute to The Shining.
Thanks again, everyone. Now, onto the contest for part two!
This time around, we want you to design a cover/poster/pin-up featuring characters from Halloween Man and Hack/Slash that pays homage to a classic comic book cover. The closing date is December 31st, and again all entries will appear in a special gallery at www.halloweenman.com. First prize is a page of original artwork from the crossover by David Baldeón, second prize is a Halloween Man t-shirt.
Email your entries (along with your full details, the name of the site where you heard aboout the contest and the details of the comic you're paying tribute to, just in case it's one we're somehow not familiar with) to hmartwork@gmail.com.
