Two new trade paperback collections of the adventures of FLARE, comics' glittering goddess of the light, are now available from Heroic Publishing.

FLARE: The Shining Star features a stunning new Mark Beachum cover, plus her adventures from the original three-issue FLARE comic book mini-series, with stories by Dennis Mallonee and artwork by Mark Beachum, Tim Burgard, and Dell Barras. FLARE: The New Adventures collects her adventures from the first seven issues of her most recent comic book series, with a new cover by Dærick Gröss, plus stories by writer Wilson Hill, with artwork by Gordon Purcell, J. Adam Walters, and Terry Pallot.

In addition to her long-running comic book series, which began in 1988, FLARE also appears in an internationally distributed full-color weekly newspaper comic strip from Creators Syndicate, and currently has a radio show in development. The comic book, comic strip, and the upcoming radio show all follow the adventures of Terri Feran, aka FLARE, a beautiful international supermodel who travels the world using her astonishing photokinetic powers to right wrongs and do good deeds.
