Alterna Comics is proud to announce that Stephen Lindsay's JESUS HATES ZOMBIES: THOSE SLACK-JAW BLUES (Revised) has sold out at the Alterna level!  Copies may be available through distribution, bookstore, and comic shop retailers nationwide.

This is the 4th edition of the book which has gone to press 4 different times, with 4 very different printings.  This latest edition featured a cover by Arthur Suydam (MARVEL ZOMBIES) and paid homage to the famous Amazing Fantasy #15 cover that featured the debut of Spider-Man.

Creator and writer Stephen Lindsay had this to say in regards of the title's latest success, "Having JHZ:TSJB sell out at the Alterna level is pretty amazing. For an anthology put together by a first time creator with a bunch of unknown artists to sell this well is really a testament to the level of talent out there just waiting to be given a shot. Lucky for us, Alterna gave us that shot!".

Currently there are no plans to send the book back to press, but publisher Peter Simeti offers hints at the future of the series, "Right now, we're focusing on publishing new material and not getting caught up in a re-printing frenzy.  The book has done phenomenally well for us from a sales standpoint, but there's also new books to focus on like volumes 3 and 4 of the Jesus/Lincoln series as well as the compilation of that series.  Maybe we'll consider going back to press for a 5th year edition - but you didn't hear that from me."
