SUPERGIRL #5, the final issue by the team of writer Jeph Loeb and artists Ian Churchill & Norm Rapmund, will arrive in stores on February 22 with two bonuses: Extra story pages and two covers by Churchill and Michael Turner!
Churchill and Turner have combined forces for the first time to create two 'jam' covers featuring Supergirl and Kara Zor-El. Both covers spotlight the same exciting scene, but on one cover, Supergirl is drawn by Churchill and Kara is drawn by Turner. On the other cover, Supergirl is drawn by Turner and Kara is drawn by Churchill.
In addition, this special issue will arrive in stores with 32 pages of story that will serve to wrap up the current story arc!
SUPERGIRL #5 (NOV050248) is available for advance reorder and is scheduled to arrive in stores on February 22 with a cover price of $3.99 U.S. The issue will arrive with two covers, both featuring art by Churchill and Turner, in an approximately 50% split.
Because of this change, DC Comics will make this issue returnable at a later date.
