Septagon Studios has partnered with Wowio LLC to release their new comic book Masks on Apple’s famous iPhone and iPod Touch products, Google Android supported products such as HTC G1 as well as Blackberry Bold and Storm.
Written and Illustrated by Aaron Rintoul (The Never, Dollhouse) Masks is a photographic poem as well as an exploration into the nature of identity. Sara sees the world as a dream where the images and words string together a fantasy that she lives out through the eyes of the girls killed by a phantom serial killer. Sara is confused about her identity and the landscape she travels as she jumps from pieces of the victim’s lives, their dreams and fears, catching only abstract images of the murderer.
