JayCompanyComics shared their plans for 2010 in regards to convention attendance, their specialized website and the new products they will be offering as well as a private signing with Stan Lee.
Happy New Year Everyone!
Year 2010 is going to be a great one! JayCompanyComics.com is in the process of finalizing our convention plans for the season. So far we have booked multiple endcap locations at Wondercon/San Francisco and the C2E2/Chicago- both in April, the Phoenix Comic Con in May, Comic Con International San Diego in July, and Chicago Comic Con/Wizard World in August. We have solid plans for Emerald City Comic Con (MARCH), Heroes Con (JUNE) and some others to round out the calendar. If we can slide in some additional local and regional shows, that would be best. All suggestions are welcome!
In the mean time, JayCompanyComics.com has committed to getting our website fully functional, and our mail order operation back to peak form. In the closing weeks of 2009, we have cleaned up the backlog of previous orders, while speeding up pulling and shipping of new and current orders. Our New Year’s Resolution is serving our customer base better than ever.
For the site itself, we have streamlined the individual sidebar sections, integrating items found in our “Convention Specials” section, and placing them in their home categories. For example- you will see all GRIMM FAIRY TALES and spin off titles- such as ESCAPE FROM WONDERLAND and more- now grouped in their respective categories. Same thing with the TOP COW/Witchblade sections, and ASPEN/Fathom/Soulfire sections. You no longer have to hunt and peck to fill in your variant covers, or assemble your checklists. Each area is now fully stocked.
JayCompanyComics.com exclusives are now readily available and organized as well. Check out the sections for MUSEUM EDITIONS and the JayCompany/LIMITED 500 area for deep restocks. Items that were long unavailable are ready to ship again.
As we further organize our warehouses, we will have more back issues and restocked in the site. AUTOGRAPH sections have been loaded up including MICHAEL TURNER, J. SCOTT CAMPBELL, JIM LEE, EBAS, BENDIS and MARK MILLAR.
More Autograph STAN LEE books will be added to the site, as JayCompanyComics.com has just signed up for a new private signing with Stan Lee, taking place in January 2010. As with all autographed books, each SIGNED edition will come with certificate of authenticity. Be sure to check back at the site often to find these new items.
In the New Year, JayCompanyComics.com will be more accessible than ever before. As always you can see us at the national tour stops. We are also open every Wednesday and every Saturday at our SoCal home base found at www.FrankandSonsCollectibleshow.com.
And now we have set up social networking. Add to our friends list on Facebook-
