*The comic for people who are bored by "action," "plot" and "admirable characters" is now a comic strip. The Eisner-nominated Truth Serum will be produced weekly as a classic three-panel strip, a la Momma or Garfield (but with hopefully more jokes, and in full-color).
After the success of two graphic novels, and with Truth Serum comics appearing irregularly and in various forms for over five years on the Dark Horse website, author Jon Adams decided to hop on the web comics bandwagon, making it a regular endeavor. "If it weren't for the glory, fame and reckless sexual adventures associated with comic strips," says Adams, "I probably wouldn't be making one. But then again, maybe I would. My cousin Casey makes a web comic, and I'm always looking for a way to prove I'm better than that dick. He thinks he's so cool just because he has a car and his own apartment. And because his girlfriend never cheats on him. And because his parents acknowledge his birthday. Anyway, I've gotten off topic. What was the question?"
