REVERE: REVOLUTION IN SILVER gets its own pseudo-silver screen treatment as ASP releases an online promotional trailer to introduce new readers to the true story of Paul Revere, the Revolution and werewolves, as well as entertain current fans of the book. REVERE also returns later this year with REVERE: SALEM’S PLOT. Watch the trailer: http://www.aspcomics.com/revere_trailer.php
The trailer is also posted at ASP’s myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/aspcomics
“Even though we’re in the middle of a restructuring,” said Mark Smylie, publisher of ASP, “it certainly doesn’t mean we’re not busy promoting our stable of intelligent and genre-bending works as we work toward getting our publishing schedule back on track. REVERE is a title we are excited and honored to publish and we hope this trailer showcases some of the things we fell in love with and some of the things we look forward to seeing in the forthcoming SALEM’S PLOT. Watch and enjoy.”
Written by Ed Lavallee and illustrated by Grant Bond, REVERE: REVOLUTION IN SILVER (ISBN: 978-1-932386-59-2, $19.95, 128-page hardcover, Genre: horror, Mature Readers (Adult Content, Graphic Violence) tells of a supernatural killer who stalks the townspeople of Boston and of renowned silversmith and monster hunter Paul Revere who is called in to fight the evil. While tracking down clues to the killer’s identity, the first shots of the Revolution are fired, and Revere finds himself battling a war on two fronts in a struggle to save his beloved wife whose fate lies in the hands of the only werewolf he couldn’t bring himself to kill…
