This past week fans all over the world were exposed to the all-new comic book adventures of the Highlander thanks to DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT’S best-selling, introductory priced HIGHLANDER #0.
Picking up from the end of that issue, HIGHLANDER #1 is set to debut in October and is available for pre-order now from you local retailer!
“We’ve got a great team here as fans and retailers have seen from the #0 issue,” exclaimed DYNAMITE SPOKESPERSON J. ALLEN. “[writer, Michael] Oeming’s back with [writer] Brandon Jerwa for our first four issues and Lee [Moder, artist] and Booch (colorist) and making their scripts sing!”
The first issue features all-star cover artists, including Tony (“Conan” cover artist, “Ex Machina”) Harris, Dave (“Star Wars”, CLASSIC BATTLESTAR GALACTICA) Dorman, and Gabriele (“Secret Wars”) Dell’Otto with a super special variant cover! Look for more all-star cover talent on future issues, including Billy Tan, Stephen Sadowski, Mel Rubi, Cammo with Richard Isanove and more from Tony Harris and Dave Dorman!

Dynamite Does It Again! Following the smash debut of our introductory #0 issue, and picking up right where the closing of that issue left off, Dynamite presents HIGHLANDER #1!
Writers Michael Avon (RED SONJA) Oeming with Brandon (NEW BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: TOM ZAREK) are again joined by the incomparable Lee (RED SONJA) Moder as they tell a tale pitting the Immortal Highlander -- Connor MacLeod -- against the dread Kurgan in post-war Berlin! This opening story arc, and all future storylines have been written under the guidance of Highlander expert David Abramowitz and are sure to please and thrill legions of Highlander fans both old and new! Each issue also features modern action with flashbacks to the past – the same story structures which built the history for the films and television shows!
