Speakeasy Comics today announced that a new softcover edition of Jamie Delano’s 2020 Visions will be available in August from the publisher.
This new trade collection will present the material in paperback for the first time, features high-quality black and white reproduction and a cover price of $19.99!
2020 VISIONS TPB – Jamie Delano (W); Frank Quitely (A), Steve Pugh (A), Warren Pleece (A), and James Romberger (A).
Jamie Delano's graphic novel tour de force follows the lives of a disjointed family, struggling to survive in the morally and socially decadent United States of 2020. From symbiotic venereal diseases to exclusive human breeding facilities, the future never looked so bleak, or so hopeful.
This first-ever trade paperback collection of this critically acclaimed masterpiece also includes an afterword by the author and an introduction by Richard (Metrophage, Accelerate) Kadrey as well as featuring the art of 4 distinct and accomplished artists: Frank Quitely, Steve Pugh, Warren Pleece, and James Romberger
Publisher’s Weekly describes 2020 Visions as “a darkly daffy evocation of a plague that makes its disenfranchised victims sex-mad before it kills them, set in the desiccated New York City of 2020.”
