Tonight's Edition of 60 Minutes Wednesday (2/03/05) is scheduled to feature a news story and interview with comic book industry legend Stan Lee.

CBS News Correspondent Bob Simon interviews Lee and details his recent legal victory concerning profits owed to him by MARVEL COMICS - generated by his creation - Spider-Man from movies, television and other licensed properties. A federal judge recently awarded Lee10% of all profits made by Marvel on the Spider-Man movies, as well as the other movies based on Lee's superhero creations. The two Spider-Man films alone grossed over 800 million dollars in ticket sales. Stan talks candidly about the difficulties of filing the law suit against a company that he has had an over 60 year history with - a company he says he loves. Lee, of course, is credited with the creation of most of Marvel's most popular superheroes but holds no copyright of the characters.

Simon's interview with Lee, who stands to make millions after winning a lawsuit against Marvel Comics earlier this month, will be broadcast on60 Minutes Wednesday, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
