As this year’s Comica Festival in London draws to a close a reminder that, at time of press, tickets are still available for Tuesday November 24th’s conversation at the Institute of Contemporary Arts with acclaimed horror comics creator Ben Templesmith. Those who have attended events at this year’s festival will attest to the fantastic job that Comica director Paul Gravett and company have done in providing another year’s worth of wonderful programming celebrating the diversity and scope of the medium we all love.

From the official Comica press release:

Hailed for his arresting graphics and gripping narratives, Ben Templesmith is justly famed for his visualisations of Alaskan vampire horror 30 Days of Night with Steve Niles, made into a hit movie which Comica previewed on Halloween night in 2007. He has also made his mark with Brit scribe Warren Ellis on the quirky noir Fell and on his own solo projects such as Wormwood and Welcome to Hoxford. Ben will discuss his whole oeuvre with acclaimed writer and film director Philip Ridley as well as the possibilities of their future collaboration. Read more here...
