Marvel Comics has unveiled a new cover image on its website, with no further info given besides the teaser question "Is this the new Captain America?"
With the image below on the right being the cover to May's Punisher War Journal #7 and the striking resemblance in pose, is the answer to Marvel's Question "Frank Castle"? Perhaps him picking up Cap's mask in Civil War #7 wasn't a coincidence...
