Warren Ellis and Mike Deodato’s introduction of the All-New, All-Deadly Thunderbolts in issue #110 has sold out at Diamond. Marvel is rushing back to press with a second printing variant cover by Mike Deodato, which was the inspiration for the 6 Young Guns Reloaded variant covers that will be gracing the first six issues of Ellis and Deodato’s arc.
The first issue of the Thunderbolts team springing out of Civil War has met with tons of praise.
Brian Cronin of ComicBookResources.com called Thunderbolts #110 “a top notch job of writing by Ellis” and “a strong first issue.”
John Davidson of FractalMatter.com says Thunderbolts #110 has “fantastic art” and “great writing.”
Steve Ekstrom of Newsarama.com says Thunderbolts is “a combination for success: A top tier writer in Warren Ellis, a high profile artist in Mike Deodato, and a bevy of the Marvel Universe’s most repugnant and despicable villains, like Bullseye, Venom and the Green Goblin.”
This new team of Thunderbolts formed amidst Civil War has led to excitement and suspense throughout comicdom. Thunderbolts #110 Second Printing Variant is a can’t miss title with creators like Ellis and Deodato at the helm.
