Top Shelf ComicsHollywood Reporter reports that Top Shelf Productions has joined forces with producer Anthony Bregman's Likley Story (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) and entrepreneur John S. Johnson.  Top Shelf productions was founded in 1997and is based in Marietta, Georgia.

In the new deal, Johnson and Likley Story have aquired a 33% state in Top Shelf and have the right of first refusal on all future projects.  Top Shelf has produced work by creators such as Alan Moore (From Hell, Lost Girls) and Craig Thompson (Blankets)

The first project to go into development will be an adaptation of Alex Robinson's To Cool to Be Forgotten.
