Silhouette Books and Gold Eagle Books are proud to announce that award-winning artists Tim Bradstreet and Cliff Nielsen will be present in their booth (booth #1220) for Comic-Con San Diego on Saturday, July 28, 2007. Both artists will be signing posters of their recent cover art for Gold Eagle and Silhouette Books, respectively.
Tim Bradstreet will be signing his cover art for Rogue Angel: Warrior Spirit by Alex Archer from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Rogue Angel: Warrior Spirit features globe-trotting archaeologist Annja Creed, a heroine whose bloodline is mysteriously linked to Joan of Arc. Gold Eagle Books’ Rogue Angel stories are rooted in history and center around Creed as she unravels great mysteries of the ages. The Rogue Angel line publishes one book every two months.
Cliff Nielsen will be signing his cover art from part one of the Raintree trilogy, Inferno by New York Times bestselling author Linda Howard from 11:00 am until noon. The Ansara wizards are rising again to take on their bitterest foes two hundred years after the Raintree clan defeated and abandoned them on a small Caribbean Island. Despite their extraordinary powers and supernatural origin, the Raintree have largely blended into the modern world. But now, from Nevada to North Carolina, the rejoined battle will measure the endurance of their people, test their loyalties and relationships and force upon them all new lives they could barely have imagined before.
This years’ Comic-Con International is expected to draw in excess of 120,000 attendees.
Eisner Award nominated illustrator, Tim Bradstreet, was born February 16, 1967 in Cheverly, Maryland. Primarily a self-taught illustrator, he has been working professionally since graduating from high school in 1985. Over the last seventeen years Tim Bradstreet has illustrated everything from trading cards to comic books to book covers. Tim and wife Missy reside in San Diego, California.
Cliff Nielsen studied traditional and digital illustration and graduated as valedictorian from Art Center College of Design in 1994. His illustrations have been recognized for their excellence by the Society of Illustrators, Print, and Spectrum. Cliff has been an international speaker on digital art and has served as a judge for the Society of Illustrators and a variety of professional illustration award programs. He lives and dreams in Los Angeles, California.
