Next month, acclaimed artist Ethan Van Sciver returns to GREEN LANTERN with issue #9. Now, DC Comics announces a special variant cover by Van Sciver for this issue, scheduled to arrive in stores on February 22!
Retailers may order one copy of the variant edition for every ten copies of the standard edition ordered.
GREEN LANTERN #9 (DEC050256), written by Geoff Johns with art by Ethan Van Sciver & Prentis Rollins and a cover by Simone Bianchi, is solicited in the December Previews (Volume XV #12) and is scheduled to arrive in stores on February 22.
The GREEN LANTERN #9 VARIANT EDITION (DEC058015), featuring a new cover by Van Sciver, is available for order now and is scheduled to arrive in stores on February 22.
Please note that due to this change, retailers may reduce their orders on GREEN LANTERN #9 (DEC050256) one time only from now through January 25. Qualification for the GREEN LANTERN #9 VARIANT EDITION (DEC058015) will be based on final orders after any order reductions are made. For example, if, after any reductions, your final order on January 25 is 100 copies of GREEN LANTERN #9, you may order up to 10 copies of the GREEN LANTERN #9 VARIANT EDITION.
Van Sciver’s Green Lantern work also may be found in the GREEN LANTERN: REBIRTH HC (JUL050228), now available for reorder!
Also available are Van Sciver’s previous issues of GREEN LANTERN, all available for reorder:
• GREEN LANTERN #4 (JUN050366)
• GREEN LANTERN #5 (JUL050226)
• GREEN LANTERN #6 (AUG050213)
