For the second straight issue in a row, THE WALKING DEAD has sold out. Image Comics is happy to announce that they will be going back to press to satisfy the incredible demand for THE WALKING DEAD #34. Last month's disturbing confrontation between Michonne and the Governor was the most controversial issue of THE WALKING DEAD yet, and the buzz was so huge that it's carrying over. Month after month, more and more fans are getting hooked on THE WALKING DEAD.
"Last month's issue kicked everything up a notch -- everyone wants to find out what's going to happen next," says Image Comics Executive Director Eric Stephenson. "It also didn't hurt that the Governor was named Wizard's Villain of the Year for 2006. THE WALKING DEAD is consistently one of our best selling titles, but clearly, we're still picking up readers."
"With THE WALKING DEAD selling out from Image almost every issue, it's obvious this is a series that is constantly finding new readers," says Flying Colors store owner Joe Field. "We fortunately have some left in stock -- and we're always happy to stock aggressively and be able to turn new readers on to this most undead of titles!"
If you were blown away by #33 and pounced on #34 as soon as it hit the the stands, you are not going to believe what's coming next in THE WALKING DEAD. Watch out!
THE WALKING DEAD #34 will be back in stores in early March. Issue #35 is on sale February 28th.
