Marvel is pleased to announce that X-Men Noir #2 has sold out at Diamond (though copies may be available at the retail level) and, to meet demand, will return with X-Men Noir #2 Second Printing Variant! This marks the second straight sell out for the hit series from Marvel’s Noir line of titles, as writer Fred Van Lente (Incredible Hercules, Marvel Zombies 3) and artist Dennis Calero continue to thrill fans and critics alike!
“I'm having a blast with X-Men Noir. The series is a huge dose of fun, even as it offers one of the darkest and most depressing takes on the merry mutants I've ever seen…A Must Read.”—Jesse Schedeen, IGN.Com
“It's a damn good one, with a fully realized alternate world that isn't just a gimmicky twist, but actually utilizes the conventions of Noir to color the traditional presentations of these characters and their relationships.”—Paul Brian McCoy, ComicsBulletin.Com
“X-Men: Noir continues to be an enjoyable surprise. It’s pretty clear that Fred Van Lente and Dennis Calero are having a heck of a time working on it.”—Paul Steven Brown, TheComicAddiction.Com
With two quick sell outs, Marvel urges retailers to check their orders on upcoming issues of X-Men Noir. Now that a certain familiar face has made his appearance, everything’s about to change—don’t miss a single issue of X-Men Noir!
