Following on the heels of New BSG #3 selling out at Diamond Comic Distributors, DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT released images and information today regarding the next issue of the all-new mini-series BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: ZAREK. Scheduled to ship in January, the third issue of Battlestar Galactica: Zarek features powerful covers by the Stjepan Sejic and Adriano Batista!
About the release, DYNAMITE stated, “With each issue of this intriguing look into Battlestar history, writer Brandon Jerwa has continued to bring to light more radical aspects and events of Tom Zarek’s life. Once again, the interiors by Adriano [artist, Batista] and additional cover by Stjepan Sejic are every bit as powerful as the revolutionary story. This isn’t your usual mini-series… this is history!”
NEW BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: ZAREK #3 (NOV06 3474) WRITTEN BY BRANDON JERWA, ART BY ADRIANO BATISTA (w/ARIES MENDOSA); COVER ART BY: STJEPAN SEJIC (50%) AND ADRIANO BATISTA (50%)!
From Dynamite Entertainment comes a new Battlestar Galactica mini-series starring Tom Zarek, the loyalty-testing revolutionary played by original series actor Richard Hatch.
Issue #3 hurtles us towards the final Cylon conflict as depicted in the "re-imagined" Battlestar Galactica mini-series! Incarcerated, but by no means powerless, Zarek completes and publishes his book as his power base swells! But as he heads to a parole hearing on board the Astral Queen, the Cylons reappear to attack the colonies. The penultimate issue of the Zarek story is brought to you by writer Brandon Jerwa and artist Adriano Batista!
