BF has stumbled upon some unconfirmed information that Zenescope Entertainment has obtained the license to the TV show Charmed. The publisher is likely to release a Charmed comic somewhere in 2010.
Update 10 March 2010: BF overheard Raven Gregory mention he is co-writing the new Charmed series.
Hey guys, I'm co-writing the new CHARMED series. There. I couldn't wait anymore.
Update 17 December 2009: BF found out that an ad-page in the Zenescope comic "Escape To Wonderland #3" previews a most promising image. Add to that also an image of a colored cover and fans of Charmed are surely in for a treat! At this moment Zenescope remains silent.
Charmed is the hit TV series about three sisters that are descendants of a long line of female witches. They discover they have special powers - enforced when they use their power as a unit - and go out to kick some demon and warlock butt. The show starred actresses Holly Marie Combs, Alyssa Milano and Shannen Doherty as sisters battling evil forces for over 60 episodes. Doherty was replaced by Rose McGowan for the next 112 episodes.
The art on display here is done by Dave Hoover. The pencil cover image (top left) is by Top Cow artist Eric Basaldua. The colored cover image (bottom right) is colored by Nei Ruffino.

I just had contact with the publisher to try and get more answers but as of yet...nothing conclusive. The studio bosses need to say OK still :D
