BF filled a noticeable hole in its “social media portfolio” today with a new presence on Instagram. In future, to a lesser degree, we’ll be using the photo-sharing app to give you a taster of Broken Frontier’s appearances at comics-related events – whether that be those we have an invited role at, those we have co-organised or those we are attending simply as “punters”.
Most crucially, though, Instagram provides us with an alternative platform, with its own unique opportunities, to promote the deserving creators whose work we actively champion here on the site. That will be our primary objective there. So if you are kind enough to follow the BF Instagram account expect to see more of the same kind of celebration of exciting new comics talent that you’ve been enjoying on the site over the years in initiatives like our ‘Six to Watch‘ programmes.
