#MeettheArtist – it’s been a popular meme over January on social media and we thought it might be fun to compile a handful of these visual resumes in one place here at Broken Frontier. Below we present a number of those images as some of our favourite small press creators (from across our ‘Six to Watch‘ programmes and beyond) inventively introduce themselves to a whole new audience.
The idea on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and so on is that these illustrations should speak for themselves. But in the interests of wider promotion we’ve provided some links and a short bio so you can investigate each artist further!
Alice Urbino
Alice was one of our original Broken Frontier ‘Six Small Press Creators to Watch’ and a contributor the Broken Frontier Small Press Yearbook. She’s part of the Comic Book Slumber Party team whose latest book Deep Space Canine has just been published by Avery Hill.
