Xenos the Human Elite was created out of the desire to do some really cool but inexpensive toys. Deon Nuckols saw some Marvel action figures on the shelf at the store, they ranged anywhere from $9.96 to $15.00 alone for their product and this is just for 4 1/4 inch action figures. He thought, wouldn’t it be cool if he could create a high quality product that competes with the big guys, giving kids, Collectors (or parents) the ability to take an original character and place them right beside the Marvel or DC characters. This is how Deon started the journey to making kid cool toys.
Deon has had the pleasure of working on a lot of stuff for some very influential companies, and he has done a lot to help their dreams find a voice in this world. He has been joined by Richard Case and Jesse Wright, two all around big nerds themselves. These two gentlemen have come on board to help with this project, and they share the same vision in desiring to create some awesome toys.
The funding requirement is about $2,350 to get the sculpts and the hard copy prototype done for the toys (they can cost upwards to $7,000+, they found some great deals), the more they can invest in the prototype the better the quality of the toy. Which means more articulation and cool accessories such as weapons. $2,000 per mold that is about 16 molds this equals up to $16,000. About $10,000+ for the blister card packaging. This is also dependent on how many orders they receive, which totals around $30,640 to $34,800+.
This project will only be funded if at least $30,000 is pledged by Mon, Mar 24 2014 10:43 PM +05:30.
